Martha Stewart did not just spend 8 hours cleaning it. It is empty. The current condition is somewhere between hasn't been touched in years, therefore terrible, and full blown rehab with construction mess everywhere, again terrible. Lots of work to do, can be seen and discussed, do not have Pictures or Video, please do not ask. You can come and stand in it. You know you. If you have vision, come and stand in it. If you need to see a finished product, and anything less will turn you off, then please stay away.

Cats welcome with a $200 pet fee. Tenant pays Electric and a $20 monthly Sewer surcharge. Landlord pays Gas, heat, hot water, stove use, water, etc.

The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum credit score of 650, no active collections, no felonies, no violent charges of any kind, zero evictions, and have a (combined) Net or take home (IN YOUR POCKET after taxes) income of 3 (Three) times the posted rent. If you do not qualify traditionally, you may use a well qualified and collectable co-signer or put down 2 months of rent as an additional deposit.
